Salt lake is the best. Our main reason for choosing this resort.

Food could be improved. Lots of food goes in the garbage, sorry to see that. Small fish in the salt lake are increasing and pinching continuously compared to previous years. I believe something is possibly wrong

Ahmad, Mohammed Ibrahem, Farag, Mina, Emad, and Adel and ebrahem made my visit unforgettable with their warm welcome, professionalism, and helpfulness. They truly are the best reception team I've ever encountered. Highly recommended!

Calm stay but fixed were/are neeful

This part of Coral is an upgraded mid-level hotel quality. I felt all the way that we got some upgrade, which is good. The view on the sea and the balcony was fantastic. Amenities, bathroom and cleanliness were good also. Furnitures at good condition. +Tried the Italian restaurant next to the Steakhouse. Service speed like at fastfood restaurants, quality was superb, ordering process efficient, design is fancy and staff was polite and fun. A++

-Next to the property there is another with wet paint. Probably they must communicate in advance to the next visitors of our room not to use aircon but only open the window to have healthy air. Once this became figured out, the air quality became OK. -Mosquito nets would also be a good idea in the whole hotel complex. -Fridge was not working. Maybe if it is reported it would, but for 1 night it was still ok without that. -The information about breakfast bracelet pickup spot lost on the way somehow, so it is advised to put bracelets to the checkin reception for pickup and not to the other desks... There is already enough segmentation around in the hotel processes. -Reception should tell clearly to cleaning when the checkout is scheduled. 4 people asked about that and all were disconnected... Again, full segmentation was seemed in terms of communication between departments.

Overall, the stay was pretty good and I would stay there again.

Lovely picturesque resort, right by the beach and lots of places to swim. Really liked how there was regular transport around the resort. Room was nice and clean and even serviced daily. Staff very friendly and accomodating.

I didn’t like how you could only go to certain pools at the resort depending on the package you bought. The buffet food was okay, nothing too special and not great if you are vegan. However, in saying that, once speaking with the managers at each restaurant they would usually try to provide some vegan friendly options.

The resort is nice in nice place with beautiful beach , reception staff could show more interest to help guests to know

Nice place nice sandy beach and clean

I was very impressed by Giulia Botti at guest relations. Her helpfulness and knowledge were invaluable, especially since the resort is quite large. She truly made an effort to ensure I had a wonderful stay. However, some of the reception staff, particularly the Italian staff, were not as forthcoming with information or assistance. Given the resort's size, it would be extremely helpful if all reception staff were knowledgeable about the available services and happy to answer guest questions.

Good overall. With many inconveniences

Beach is amazing. Vibes are great. The water is crystal clear and clean. Corals and sea life is beautiful.

Toilet was not working well. Had to request fix 2 times and eventually, i used the receiption toilet. Bed is tiny and not acceptable at all. Elevator stuck me inside once for 10 min. Long walking distance to the beach.

It is Avery big hotel the room is big and clean bed is comfortable bathroom clean and bid .food is good

You have to walk lot it is a big facility there is taf taf but u have to wait. The pool is clean but no shade taxi is to expensive because it has to enter to the hotel the furniture is so old no color it is not satisfied.

Great stay however food should is limited for international guests.

Great hotel, the views, the rooms, the heated pool everything was great. Communication with the team on whatsapp helped us a lot, especially with a toddler.

The food was not up to our expectations. The breakfast and dinner lacks variety at the main buffet restaurant. There should be more English-speaking staff.
